La societ\u00e0 della famiglia Bassetti, specializzata nello sviluppo dei negozi griffati con esperienze consolidate con brand come Ferrari e The North Face, svolta decisamente verso la ristorazione perch\u00e9, come racconta a <em>Pambianco Wine<\/em> il fondatore e direttore generale <strong>Lorenzo Bassetti<\/strong>, oggi il vero business si \u00e8 spostato dal fashion al cibo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cPer il food \u2013 spiega Bassetti \u2013 \u00e8 il momento della maturit\u00e0. Questa \u00e8 una delle pochissime specializzazioni in crescita a due cifre, mentre il concept retail tradizionale della moda sta perdendo quota per effetto della concorrenza online. La nostra mission \u00e8 testare i nuovi format, farli crescere e portarli a regime. Ora Molto Italiano \u00e8 pronto per essere esportato al di fuori della sua storica location in viale dei Parioli\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I piani fissati da Bassetti prevedono un\u2019apertura a <strong>Milano<\/strong>, probabilmente Brera ma in ogni caso in una zona centrale della citt\u00e0, e una a <strong>Londra<\/strong>, non escludendo di procedere con un <strong>secondo opening a Roma<\/strong> in centro storico per intercettare la clientela turistica comunque presente nel locale dei Parioli, che lo scorso anno ha realizzato un fatturato di 2,5 milioni di euro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019impegno nel food del gruppo Arp passa anche attraverso la volont\u00e0 di specializzarsi nel <strong>catering<\/strong> per grandi eventi selezionati, come quello gestito lo scorso anno durante il progetto artistico Triumph Laments, a cura dell\u2019artista sudafricano William Kentridge. \u201cStiamo sviluppando una struttura dedicata, con marchio Molto Italiano, per gestire quest\u2019altra attivit\u00e0 collaterale\u201d sottolinea Bassetti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il format Molto Italiano ha festeggiato lo scorso anno il decimo anniversario dalla fondazione.
